For a legal fee of $60, we will prepare your NC Limited Driving Privilege ("LDP") and mail/email it to you by the next business day with a set of processing instructions. You are responsible for any costs owed to the court. Our LDPs are accepted in every county in North Carolina, but to be eligible you must have had a valid driver's license at the time of the stop which led to the suspension of your driving privileges. If you are uncertain about your license status, for an additional $40 we will pull your seven (7) year driving history and analyze your LDP eligibility.
Simply complete the questionnaire below and authorize a payment of $60 at our payment page. If changes are needed to your LDP we will do this at no additional charge for a period of fourteen (14) days. If you wish to include your photograph on the LDP, which I recommend, please email a "head and shoulders" photo of yourself to us at 2772233@gmail.com. The photo must be in JPEG format.
