This is my legal fee to prepare a individual Will in which the spouse is the primary beneficiary and the children are equal primary beneficiaries if the spouse dies first. This fee also allows for two (2) specific gifts to third parties. This fee increases to $160 for two (2) Wills for a couple. The fee includes a copy of the Will for each beneficiary. To qualify for this base fee you must complete my Will Questionnaire prior to your first appointment. The additional costs below are for additional provisions which may be applicable to your situation. These prices are only good if the additional document is processed at the same time as your Will.

This is my legal fee to Administer a basic Estate valued under $400,000. This fee includes preparation of: Application for Administration, 90 Day Inventory, Oath, Order, Letters Testamentary, Notice to Creditors, Tax Certification, Final Accounting, and all Conferences with the Clerk of Court. I charge extra if the Estate has stock liquidations or retirement account distributions.
