How does an attorney help you? You usually save time, money, insurance increases, and often your driving privileges. To avoid trials our DAs usually amend traffic charges to a lesser offense if your speed is less than 30mph over the speed limit. This is always better than simply paying your ticket.
Do I guarantee a result? No. However I have been processing traffic tickets since 1986 and I know the Judges and DAs and know what can and cannot be done. But if we find we cannot help you we will refund your money.

This price includes the processing of a 10 Day LDP, a final LDP, assistance with your work release application if necessary, processing your plea, and assistance post plea with community service. Basically we stay with you until we've answered every question you have.
There is an additional fee if you have a second charge not on the same ticket.
Processing your case in AdMin Court allows you to schedule your plea at a convenient afternoon time without a morning calendar call. It is a much better process and you are crazy not to take advantage of this flexibility. But to process your case in AdMin court you MUST hire us prior to your 1st court date.

analysis has been ordered.
I charge on a case-by-case basis for a trial in either District or Superior Court.
My minimum District Court Trial charge is $1000. My minimum Superior Court Trial charge is $2500.
I will only recommend a trial if I think your facts or charges warrant one. Sometimes you are not guilty; sometimes you are over charged. I will put my old prosecutor hat on and go through your facts and the charge elements and show you where you will win and where you will lose. But I do not bluff; I go to trial only if I think I can win.
